In the 1980s a woman called Louise Hay became an international phenomenon with her work on positive thinking, how to connect with what you truly want, and why what we say and think has such an effect on our daily lives. She wrote, lectured and taught what she had learned around the world and called the ideas “You Can Heal Your Life”.
She understood that how we live our life is often driven by a belief that we are somehow inadequate and this makes it very difficult for us to discover and act on what is best for us. And when we get to the point that we don’t know what we truly want or need anymore, deep happiness, peace and enjoyment of life just seem an impossible dream.
The definition of the word heal is "to make healthy and whole". So this is YOU healing your OWN life (from the inside out) in the true sense of the word ...

Beginning with Louise Hay's renowned work on self love, I now incorporate Mindfulness into the suite of tools. They are a powerful combination: Mindfulness to learn the art of self - acceptance and Heal Your Life for the art of self love. If you have these, you have everything you need for an empowered, contented life.
Everything I do is about walking alongside you and gently supporting you to discover (and more importantly - experience) the wealth of capability, love, and health that is inside you, and to loosen the hold that fear, insecurity, self –consciousness and old hurts have had on you.
The people I love to work with are people who are looking for and open to change in their life, whatever that change might be. They get excited (even if they feel a bit nervous) about the process that starts with a workshop or one to one coaching. Things just snowball from there. They learn about the connection between beliefs and how you experience life. I teach how to use this understanding to let go of self-sabotaging habits and fears. And suddenly, they are solving (healing) their own problems. They experience renewed confidence, a restored sense of identity, flourishing self–acceptance and increased wellness very quickly.
