Two teachers come together to bring you a powerful event that will change the way you think about bodies, diets and exercise.
Liz Weatherly (Louise Hay Coach) and Nikki Williams (Fitness Industry expert) have combined their knowledge and skills and created a workshop especially for women who want a sense of hope, choice, clarity and freedom when it comes to their bodies and themselves.
It's about moving from "I can't - it's all too hard" to feeling freedom to find and embrace a whole new self-supporting way to look after yourself.
In this day - and - a - half - long workshop, we'll share valuable ideas, gathered during years in our respective fields, about the necessity of being compassionate towards yourself, of listening to your inner wisdom, of realising that you truly have a choice, and of understanding that if we look after our mind it helps us to look after our body - just as much as looking after our body helps to look after our mind.
At the end of the workshop you will have moved, you will have grooved, you will have reflected, shared, laughed (and probably cried!), you will have a whole new take on where to from here when it comes to your body.

Welcome to Love Yourself to a Healthy Weight - A Conscious Approach to Weight Loss
This is not a diet class! It's not about your metabolism or exercise. In fact, it doesn't even focus on weight loss.
It is a powerful course for people who have been struggling to attain a healthy, permanent weight. It is about the mental, emotional, behavioural and spiritual skills you need to allow your body to attain a natural state of good health. In it you will discover and experience a warm environment of compassion, acceptance and respect for you as a person.
Using the time-tested ideas developed by Louise Hay (author of You Can Heal Your Life and Heal Your Body), this course is carefully designed to help you lay the foundations for success including:
- understanding your motivation for losing weight
- identifying realistic goals for yourself
- seeing where you have been criticising yourself
- developing the practice of thinking positively about yourself
- understanding the connection between your thoughts and how you live
- developing acceptance of your feelings
- in-group support
- developing the skill of being aware of what's going on in your mind and body
- understanding your relationship with your body

1. Moderate exercise is recommended as part of this programme. Participants may be recommended to check with their medical practitioner before engaging in greater levels of physical exercise.
2. Participants may be recommended to work with a counsellor in conjunction with the course if the course facilitator considers this would be beneficial.
3. Prospective participants will be asked to provide their current weight and height to the facilitator.
4. The course facilitator's area of expertise is on life change from the inside out, not on diet, nutrition, exercise or metabolism. Information about practitioners skilled in these areas will be available to participants.
5. The course comprises six 3-hour sessions. Participants are asked to attend all six sessions.

Each coaching session assists you to tap into your own knowledge about yourself, in a way that you may never have done before, so that you can quickly come to realizations about what is standing between you and your goals.
Of course, all of this requires time and commitment on your part. Liz offers her expertise in self love mastery, mindfulness and mindset transformation, and will assist you to identify the beliefs and attitudes that are keeping you from your goals (and their origins). She will devise very specific strategies and teach you effective skills with which to move forward. She will enable you to connect deeply with your inner wisdom, so that it becomes your biggest ally. YOUR contribution is to do the work - to practice, to reflect and to take action. No Action = No Change! (Kind of like going to the gym but not doing a workout and expecting to get fit and strong regardless!)
You'll see that there are three options for working with Liz: 3 months, 6 months or 12 months (meeting every fortnight). Realistically, 3 months is the minimum time it takes to create robust and tangible change. Effective coaching deals with not only what's on the surface but what's underneath, and it takes time (and practice) for new patterns of thinking and behaviour to be integrated.
