It's a wonderful way to get away for a few days, but also to use this time meaningfully, in a way that nurtures, and offers healing for mind and spirit as well as body.
Held in a stunning and peaceful location at Lake Okareka in the Bay of Plenty, it combines the best of personal development, mindfulness meditation and relaxation over a Friday, Saturday and Sunday (home on Monday).
Just lots of de-stressing, nurturing and exquisite sessions carefully designed to gently move you past your inner barriers towards loving and accepting yourself.
Become one of those who have personally experienced the timeless wisdom of Louise Hay, internationally – renowned creator of “You Can Heal Your Life”. under the guidance of a skilled teacher.
Facilitated by well-known Louise Hay mentor and self- awareness and Mindfulness Meditation teacher Liz Weatherly, each day includes a mix of workshop sessions, mindfulness meditation and free time to walk beside the lake or in the bush, to soak in the spa, to read a book or to just sleep (when did you last do THAT?!)

- How to implement and integrate self love into our daily life
- Meeting our feelings - the true path to awareness

If you’ve never been part of a small group retreat before, you are in for a treat! Personal development in the energy of a group is easier, more fun and gives you loads more insight into yourself and your life – and often friends for life. If you are already familiar with Louise Hay and self – awareness, you’ll get just the boost that you’ve been looking for and go even deeper with loving yourself!
The intention for you is that you have a proper break from every day life, and go home knowing that it was time really well spent… feeling nurtured, having become better friends with yourself, and without some of the unconscious patterns that were making you stressed out, sick, sad or stuck.
We don’t want you to have to rush to get to or from the retreat, which is why it begins in the late afternoon (and ends in the morning). We want your journey to and from the venue to be as much a part of your time out, as the retreat itself and we want you to have energy to enjoy yourself and get the most out of every session!
What's included: All accommodation (3 nights, shared rooms) retreat sessions, meditations, a light dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea on Saturday and Sunday, Monday breakfast, a handbook and lots of TLC!
What's not included: Saturday and Sunday dinner. However, there is a vast array of wonderful eating options to suit all budgets in Rotorua, just a ten minute drive away (or you can bring your own food for dinner and use the onsite gourmet kitchen to store and prepare it!)
Travel to and from the venue isn't included, however we may be able to assist with airport pickups, or shuttle from Rotorua to Lake Okareka..
