You’re not alone. We all begin in this place.
Because meditation gives us something that is difficult to find elsewhere, it is truly worth a little of your time as often as you are able. Even 5 minutes, you could sit in your car, on the bus, on the beach, or in the bath. It doesn’t matter where. Just a few minutes gives you a boost of calm and a physical reset.
